The next COREnet Advisinar will take place on Monday, 22 June 2026, as part of the Local Food Advisors’ Journey 2026.
The webinar will focus on “Slaughtering – the many solutions to get meat for local markets”, looking at different practical approaches that can help local farmers bring meat products to local and regional markets.
The session will explore how slaughtering solutions, including cooperative, veterinary and semi-mobile models, can support shorter supply chains, improve access to local markets and respond to the needs of farmers and rural communities. Through expert presentations and a roundtable discussion, participants will gain insights into how these solutions work in practice in different European contexts.
