The event focused on tools and methods to support advisors, including digital platforms, knowledge hubs, learning networks, and demo farms. Among the resources presented, Áine Macken-Walsh introduced AgILe TECH, a practical tool designed to help advisors apply a group-based, peer-to-peer facilitation method across a range of topics, such as collaborative farming, time management, grass management, AMR, farm diversification, disease management, and agroecology.
Working sessions and field visits also offered inspiring opportunities for peer-to-peer exchange, with experts and advisors sharing innovations, good practices, and concrete solutions.
The seminar was also a valuable networking moment, including the chance to meet the COREnet KNCP from Cyprus, Nicos Larcos, and to connect in person with several SFSC advisors from the COREnet advisory network who attended the event.
